Topley Landing Specific Claim
The Topley landing specific claim was submitted to Specific Claims Tribunal for review on 18 May 2012. This claim has been through many stages of the Specific Claims process. Following a very poor offer from the government it was decided that, rather than accept a very small settlement package, the claim would be taken to the tribunal for a binding ruling.
