• Consulted with majority of the First Nation communities through 26 separate area meetings from October 1998 to May 2000.

Involved in the implementation of the Lake Babine Nation Community Health Plan and Nursing Health Plan, under the Health Services Transfer;
• Involved in the Fish Enhancement, Upgrading, Sporting Areas, Habitat Profile and Harvesting of Sockeye Salmon;
• Preparing proposals to Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC), Health Canada for Health Clinics, Sewer & Water Upgrade, securing Multi Purpose Vehicles, Fire Halls, Ambulance. Raised approximately $13 million in capital within two years.
